I discovered for the first time recently, whilst working abroad, that when
cultural censorship exists, there is also an oppertunity for fresh cultural debate.

Because I am working and travelling abroad at the moment perhaps I could have
the oppertuinity to describe various events in various places. It depends on
where you are, what is local. For example I am writing this in Vienna now. I would
not be able to describe aqn event in Ireland now as local, but just to say there
is an interesting connection between location, travel and the InterNet:
