Kathryn VandenBerg
SAGE Project Co-ordinator
Kathryn’s constant quest for great beaches brought her to Scotland in 2010. She now rummages through Glasgow in search of potential SAGE growing spaces instead.
Distracted from evolutionary anthropology and ethnobotony by the lure of working with innovative environmental organisations, Kathryn has led a diverse range of projects. She has been transforming urban landscapes into edible gardens for the past seven years.
She is a hoarder of second-hand records, decrepit bikes, unidentified seeds and cellos and she swims whenever and wherever she can.
